$50 for help

Hi, I am at my wits end with my project and I'd be willing to pay someone to get it working. I already have an app started but i need help with one page. 1. It's basically a grocery list and I want people to be able to check items off their list. either a cross through or a check box will be fine. 2. I need to be able to change the list every week. If anyone wants to help please email me at [email protected]

I'm sure someone here at BT would love to do it for free, I can't though. I would if I could

Sorry about that, @bjwyns! Hard to tell by your screen name and without an avatar. Just that most of the people around here are dudes! But it's awesome to see more girls on board! Mark

That works in a way but the checkboxes stay the same size as you enlarge the checkboxes :)

I think what he's looking for is the ability for the user to also add and delete items to the list as it changes. That code would indeed produce a list, but it would be static. Mark

It's a good thought, though, and can probably be used as the basis for the final solution!

I assume that the HTML screen would be the best option (look at me - slow)! But what really confuses me is how to allow users to add or delete items on their list.

"By the way I'm a girl" - best post I've seen in awhile. The avatar gives it away, right? LOL.

is this more what you want <form action=""> <input type="checkbox" /> <input type="checkbox " /> <br /> <input type="checkbox" /> <input type="checkbox " /> <br /> <input type="checkbox" /> <input type="checkbox " /> <br /> <input type="checkbox" /> <input type="checkbox " /></form>

@rob I haven't tested it out yet but it looks better than the first one but still static. Is it possible to edit the fields? And then we have adding. We're (you're) getting there:-)! If you were too sign up for an online form builder and then paste in the HTML into the Custom HTML Screen, you might be able to achieve more than trying to right up the code yourself. But with this option you have the pesky internet connection that you don't want in a shopping list app.
