The other option is to setup a WP blog and install a plugin to parse the Blogger's RSS. The posts are then imported to your blog and you can use the WP RSS feed. I've done it before for some other "incompatible" RSS feeds, and have also used it to create an RSS mobile site. There is a plugin out there, can't remember what it's called though.
