I have tried to stay in touch with bilingual people I've known for this very reason. Not only do you need to translate, but it is very important to have someone you trust proof the translations. I wonder if you could ask at a Chinese Immersion School if any teachers wanted to earn money on the side. Or maybe a student at a University.
