Xcode problem

Hey everyone! I'm trying to get a picture of a jar of coins to shake and make money sounds by shaking the device. How in the world do I complete that simple task?

Simple, my friend is not so simple. You probably need to get into Xcode and figure out how to create a screen that will detect acceleration of the device. Upon detection to play audio. Perhaps change images to reflect shaking coins. Then tie this into the Buzztouch source code. I would start by searching for bits of code to handle the various steps. Fred

Have you done this in any iOS apps Fred? Be keen to see them. @AverageJoe There are a load of tutorials out there in how to implement 'on-shake' events but none that I know of on here, Buzztouch that is. There are some good articles on stackoverflow.com showing you how to do it. If you are not too familiar with Xcode I'd advise doing the BTU classes first, some relevant info that you'll need to understand if you plan on doing the above. Good luck!

I've read about the various parts, don't have the links, but by googling you can find them. If I'm not mistaken in apples iOS documentation there is a part about vibration. Not sure. Fred
