Scringo (Android)

Well, I put together a Scringo (Android) tutorial, but ran out of time, so it's untested. Find it at www.MySkylla.com Let me know if it works. I may get back to it tomorrow or Sunday. Fred

Awesome!! Very excited to try this out myself and see what comes from it, after implementation, there's no way your not using enough native "features" to receive a rejection like that. Cheers, David. buzztouchmods.com

Hi Fed I'm a bit confused about section 2 of your Scringo tutorial: ScringoResources (folder) - Import this project into your eclipse workspace (File -> Import... -> Existing projects into workspace -> Browse) and add it as an Android Library Project used by your app (Right-click your Android App Project -> Properties -> Android -> under "Library" click Add... -> Select ScringoResources -> OK -> OK) Unfortunately, as I go through the process I get stuck when I get to the bit: Import... -> Existing projects into workspace -> Browse) and add it as an Android Library Project used by your app (Confused).

Hi Fred I don't see when I import the resource folder an option to import as an Android Library Project. Where is this option when importing into an existing project?

Hi can anyone tell me whether I have to sign up to Scringo everytime I want to use it in a new app or can I use the same ID all the time? Also is this the same for the Google Maps API Key, can I use the same key or do I have to create a new one each time?

You can reuse your Google Maps key. I believe you can reuse your Scringo key, but you would be sharing the info among the various apps. To have separate share info I believe you need different Scringo keys. If the apps were related perhaps OK, but not if their unrelated.
