Buzztouch server failing maybe? Buzztouch server has no problems. If you would read the info that's been provided you should know about the issues regarding the Custom HTML text screen/plugin and a simple solution. So perhaps a better title to this thread would be, "I asked for help, didn't listen now I'm creating confusion with a inaccurate title in my post." Fred

1. I'll never understand why somebody has to shorten "from" to "frm." Seriously...one extra letter is too hard to type?! That was the worst set of sentences I have ever seen! I'm not sure how much advice I would take from somebody who writes like that! 2. Fred is right...avoid the splash screen on Android. 3. When you say HTML pages, are you saying "Custom HTML/Text" screen (which do indeed reside on the buzztouch servers), or "Custom URL" or "HTML Doc?" 4. It could be the network on your phone that's causing the problem or any of a number of other things. And, if it was the buzztouch server for some reason (which I seriously doubt, because they are rock solid), then you should expect that from time to time. There isn't a server in the world that hasn't experienced some downtime! Mark

It a custom html/text, that runs off the buzz touch server. its not just the network on my phone because fit doesn't work on others phones either. I resolved this problem by using html doc. and fred, the title is: Buzztouch server failing maybe? My i emphasise the MABYE?

I understand the maybe, but the title could lead many to a very wrong conclusion, and we know many never get past the headlines. Plus the quotes from the emails is potentially complicating. Suggest you fix the title. (Just a suggestion) Now the Custom HTML text screen has it's issues as discussed in several threads. Fred
