Header Image with Square Corners? Anyone?

Hey All, I've noticed several buzztouch apps that have both a header image and square corners with no margin in their menu list. I cant seem to figure this out. The only way i can see both the header image and list is when i use rounded corners, which i really dont like the look. Can any shed some light if you know how to perform such a task. Thanks Anthony

You can adjust the header image size. If you want the list flush with the header, make sure you match the dimensions of the image to the settings in your config. You can make them larger and smaller and adjust the offset of the list menu, so you can play around with it also to get exactly what you are looking for.

Stobe, thanks for the reply. I've tried to do this exact thing. I listed the exact dimensions of the image, 300x150, in the header image layout. And In the menu list header height i put 151 for small device and the row is still hiding. The row hides behind the image unless I make the menu list rounded corners, then it shows. Have u successfully done this and it's me?

Is this what you are looking to do? http://a4.mzstatic.com/us/r1000/085/Purple/v4/88/49/f5/8849f58c-7ded-b767-f756-3968ef67406b/mzl.kpeqnrlq.320x480-75.jpg That's an iOS v1.5 app in the app store. Note: The black line at the bottom of this example is actually in the header file. I added it manually for a separator.

The other thing that you can check is the Titlebar settings. If you set them transparent, I think it will shift things up also.

I can see where that is less than desirable :) It definitely looks like a "image height" issue. Is this a v1.5 app?

The image height is set to the exact dimensions of the image. Height 150, width 320

Did u modify your project in Xcode to accomplish this task. Because in the CP, under menu list row height, it states that my list header height settings will be ignored if this is a squared table

no modifications in xCode. I'm not seeing the part that says the height will be ignored. I have dozens of list menus in my apps, and haven't had this problem. Are your "Image Top Position" setting blank?

You don't have this tag in your BT_config.txt file, do you? headerImageScrollWithList

no, i don't have that headerimagescrollwithlist. The last line under the list footer, is where i see that line that says settings will be ignored if squared table.

ok, I see that now. You don't have anything in the "List Header Height" do you? (in that same menu with font sizes and footer height). You should only be worried about the 2 menus that I sent you a screen shot of.

I did. But i just removed the value and its still hiding under image. As long as i have the squared boxes with a header, it keeps doing this. As soon as i switch it to round, it goes back nto its normal position.

if you want to email me either your BT_Config.txt, or your zipped up project (if its small enough), I can take a look at it further. qpapps @ gmail
