Sound files, workflow needed

I've embedded a player into the page but the app will not let the player start automatically, and if the user leaves the page without stopping the file after it is started, it continues to play..... annoying. I'm using V2.0 and have tried adding sound files in the background Audio tab, setting loops to 1 and stops with back button to true. Tried entering sound file location as file:///android_asset/BT_Audio/story1.mp3 in the url address Have tried various combinations in here) Placed the sound file in the BT_Audio folder, cleaned the project and uploaded to my phone..... and still no background audio. It sounded as though the problem was that you needed more control over the audio. Which is why I suggested an extremely lightweight way to accomplish just that. EDIT: I reread your question, and I would suggest dropping the "file:///android_asset" part of the URL as in android it should work without the full path just fine. Based on you saying that you created "web pages", a standard "web page" type solution is going to be easiest to implement, find issues, and make work as desired. Id give it less than an hour to solve using the jquery... OR keep digging and try to solve it in eclipse / buzztouch. Ive had some questions like this one myself before... Several of those questions I never found a workaround to and they make me wish there was a "plugin" solution. Comments Well, yes... it does just play background audio.
