UI Buttons, keyboards, picker wheels, things like that. Not sure what you mean by "add one" you have to have it do something in order to add it if that makes sense. The big thing I have noticed is that they want to see interaction. Simple views or URL's PDF's etc are not enough for them. What screens do you have in your app? I know several people have had success with adding a quiz to their app. This provides some of the interaction, and a native feel. Comments I thought that sounded like Apple.
