Goodbye

Thanks for all the help that everyone has given me. After being away from the Buzztouch fray for a few months, I decided to reload a few apps into XCode. I received 23 and 27 compiling errors, respectively. After a lot of consideration, I have decided that I would rather deal with Swift errors than Buzztouch errors, so this is goodbye and thanks again.

Here's your rattle back, you threw it out of the pram. Maybe it isn't for you, always thought BT was more for the inquisitive mind. I know a load of folk make a living from BT, some vocal, some not so much. All the best!

I doubt it would be buzz touch errors. Maybe third party plugin developer errors. There will always be updates to software, and anytime you're gone there will probably be updates to Xcode, android studio, etc.Just post the errors and we'll help ya like before.Good luck though, Im scared of swift ha (no semicolons)

The funny thing is folks think Swift will be easier :-) 23 errors from loading up a old project? Sounds like a 3 minute fix, at best ;-) But I do wish you good luck on your future projects. Like @CM says, we're always here if you need us. David.

Buzztouch is so much more than the core code. You are giving up the ability to change content in a control panel. The last xcode project I downloaded ran with no errors.

Not everyone is tall enough to ride the Buzztouch Ride. It is not a cookie cutter process. Owning your code and the convenience of a Control Panel comes with a price of admission. I doubt you have an error that someone in this community can't help you with. If you do the owner of the company is only an email away. Mike

I would like to counter yourtownapps goodbye with my own HELLO!! I too have been away from Buzztouch for quite a while, but I have again renewed my license with Buzztouch for another year, and I want to get back on the horse. I've always loved the challenge and opportunity you've given us through the Buzztouch platform, and I want to start building beautiful apps again. I have some ideas for my own apps, but I'd also like to get into designing apps for businesses and churches. Since I have a day job, I may even design the apps for free for a while to get my selling skills up and get some exposure out there. Thank you all for the opportunity!
