Images

Newbie here. Self-Hosted. I have my app up and running on android simulator. Just can't get graphics to show up. Tried jpg and png versions of home screen image, (does it matter?) placed them in the "drawable" folder and in the "BT_Docs" folder in Eclipse SDK. Checked image name on BT Server and it matches what I placed in Eclipse folders. I get no image on home screen. What am I missing? (Read a number of good threads on this forum touching on the issue but still am missing something.)

Menu Buttons. Re-downloaded code and started over on inserting graphics. I now can see graphic but still don't know whether that is because I uploaded it to files on hosted server or it is seeing one I manually placed in eclipse project. Still need to figure out folder location where simulator is "looking" for the image. Doing trial and error to figure it out unless you have a suggestion.

works fine for me too. You say these are icon images for the tabbed section of the menu screen? Are you using glyphish or whatever? I've found that the default names, like 01-horse.png or whatever, don't work - Eclipse doesn't recognize the dash. So you have rename the file and reference the new name in your app layout screen. Could this be it?

Fred, located your documentation on images. Thanks. When my project downloads it does not create a forder in assets called BT_Images. Thoughts? Dave
