There's more of us than the Buzztouch team, and we can easily overwhelm them with emails Forum users want to know about the bugs By sending an email your essentially creating a support ticket, no so good if your a free user as most are The Source Code is open source, let's all contribute But, as I noted this is only a recommendation.
