I sent my brother my app for his boy to look at on his tablet. Although I developed it for mobile use I expected a few grumbles about use in landscape which I never really bothered about that much. However he says when he opens the app rather than go straight to the splash screen he said "It goes to a page which has bits of stuff about the app on it - size, location. Only active buttons on it are install and launch. " Any ideas?

Check the layout / Tab settings in the control panel. Fred

If that is the screen you want to start with then issue is elsewhere.

Just read your post again. Seems like he hadn't installed the app. He should click install.

He said he had probs installing but the app runs ok by the sound of it when he gets past that page.

You could always have people take a screen shot of their screen and then send it to you...pretty much every device has the ability to do that. Then share it with us, and we can check it out! Mark
