android pages not loading

BT v1.5 Eclipse 3.7.2 Android emulator 2.2 (API 8) I have a problem or three! App loads OK into Emulator, but when I click through the menu pages I've created, rather than showing a pdf (which are loaded in Project Explorer) it goes to a 'create message' page instead. and when trying to load a photo gallery (again pics are loaded in Project explorer) it seems to run out of memory and say 'force close' Also the menu texts seem to be very large compared to what I set in BT although haven't uploaded to a handset yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated, just going round in circles!

Dang! That's some weird stuff! When I see a report of trying to open a screen and getting something else, it makes me think things are not configured as expected. Have you gone back into your control panel and made sure you have the screens linked up in the way you intended to? If you are getting a force close on the image gallery, perhaps there is something in LogCat at the time that might show what's going on? If you are running in an Emulator, the menu text does indeed seem bigger than it would on a handset. If you want, you could send me your BT_Config.txt file, and I could check it out? BTv1.5 Android does not support PDF docs, or Word, or Excel, or PPT. You'll need to use BTv2.0, or Post docs on web and use URL, or Convert to html. For more info on working BTv1.5 screens go to my Buzztouch Screens article in my guide: www.MySkylla.com Fred

You need you use v2.0 because v1.5 doesn't support things like that.

Thanks mark, I will when I get home. Thanks Fred/jaw dross, that's great advice! The App works fine in 1.5 on iPhone, couldnt get my head around v.2, can I open the same project in v.2 or do I have to construct it all again? I really want to export my BT v1.5 to Android with the minimum of effort, as I have a number of Apps in construction.
