Eclipse problem

Hi everybody, When I am downloading my app codes for Android and unzip it, I try to compile it in eclipse I have But I don't know. What I did the following: 1. Open Eclipse 2. Press File -- New -- Andriod Project 3. Choose Create project from existing source 4. Location -- here is the problem. when I open the code source, no icons is active. and I cannot choose the app. Please help me in how to open my app in eclipse for simulation. THX

(AndroidManifest.xml not found in macbookair.) This message appears.

Fred, could you put a link to where in your guide? I went to your site and found it difficult to navigate, looked sort of like a mobile website on a full screen. This is not a criticism, I have just heard how good your.guide is and would like to see it.
