Android Apps In Store Blank

Not sure if this is a common issue with Android, but I have built and tested my Android app and it works as it should, but when I have published the app to the market store when people have downloaded the app its blank with a few buttons showing and it won't update. Any reason why android app is doing this, is there a fix to ensure when installed it displays full content and not just some of it. I cannot believe the headache with Android, I don't have any issues with iOS.

What Fred is trying to say is that before you publish you app in the Android store (or even iTunes), you should make sure the configuration file at buzztouch.com is in sync with your local BT_Config.txt file. That way, when the user opens the app for the first time, they have the most recent configuration file, and won't be prompted for a refresh (assuming you've made no changes to the app in your control panel). To do this, go into your control panel for that app. Click the "Show App's Configuration Data" and copy the information you see there. Then, in your project folder on your computer, find your BT_Config.txt file and paste the Configuration Data into it. Save. You're now in sync with the buzztouch.com server! Mark
