Wierd issue (minor) with install of self hosted

I had issues with the 0755 on the files folder, it didn't like it, so I set it to 777 and it worked fine. However.... 1) I can't figure out how/where to change the logo to brand it to me... I tried uploading a logo to the appropriate folder under the files directory /files/theme/logo.png However, it keeps telling me it won't accept it. 2) I do have the logo I want sitting on my server (in another spot)... where is it that I can just change the logo calling? I looked in the stylesheet file, but it references "logo" but no image.

Custom Themes are want you're looking for. a) Copy the entire /files/theme folder that came with the project. Rename it something else, like "myTheme" or whatever. b) Upload this to your /files directory. Now you have /files/theme and /files/mytheme. Both of these directories have the same content (for now). c) Modify the style sheet, logo, anything in the /files/mytheme directory. This is much easier than most folks think with a little creativity. d) Visit the Admin screen in the software an "point" to your new theme (the one you created) using the theme setting. Refresh the browser. You're changes will appear. Good stuff...
