By creating a Page for your app, people on Facebook can Like it and share it socially with their network. You'll need to create a good cover image but you don't need a long description, and you can link the app page to your Web site. You'll need to post status updates, but this gives the individual and small developer a way to connect with their app users, provide updates, and obtain feedback, and the Page is free.
