API calls

I have noticed that in my back office it indicates I receive 100 api calls per month on my self hosted platform. The api calls continue to increase month after month and do not start over at "0" every 30 days. Can someone please tell me why this is and has BT policy changed from the original 100 api calls per month as a grandfathered in self hosted server user? Thanks Joe

Hi Joe... This is a good question and we should do a better job of communicating how what it is showing you. Nothing has changed policy wise so you'll no big deal there. The number you're seeing is NOT resetting every month (like you pointed out). We are keeping track of the monthly figure but haven't written the code to show the "monthly" value in your control panel. We'll get to it eventually. There are very few API key users that exceed the monthly allowance so we don't consider it a priority. It's important, just not a huge issue. When these large-volume users approach their limits we reach out and make arrangements as necessary.
