If you want to make simple (or perhaps even more complex) HTML/JavaScript games like Fred suggests...then the sky is really the limit. Just about anything you can do with standard HTML/JavaScript/jQuery can be done with buzztouch. I think the quiz plugin for v2 should be available sooner than later, so that will be your best solution.
