Nope, I've tried before (and failed) using HTML5.

The best open sourced flash cards code I've found is at: https://github.com/helloworld1/AnyMemo Would need some very serious work to get it into BT though..

I've been messing with this for quite some time. I have an app that I'm about to finish up that will have a flashcard component, but I don't exactly like how this portion of the app is. The user can't "star/point out" cards that they want to study more, or delete cards from the stack either. I built it, with the help of friends (and a lot of hacking), using JavaScript, PHP, SQL, CSS and HTML. It's cumbersome and I know it could be better. Basically I have a database with the cards loaded from a CSV file on my server. In the PHP I have built for the variables of card types, classes of large groups and sub classes of the groups. I have images of the cards on my server and the CSS pulls it up. I use the custom URL plugin in Buzztouch to call it all up. The big problem is that I need only the screen that displays the actual cards to be horizontal and not any other screen in the app. As far as I can find, no one has figured this one out with Buzztouch yet. So to make a long story short....(too late).. it can be done, but there's a big window for improvement. Any thoughts would be welcome.
