Thumbnail Menu's

Hi Everyone, I am developing an app for my work to teach people how to setup and troubleshoot technology problems, log a problem should they need to. My question relates to Thumbnail Menu's. I would like to incorporate the following design (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/32638541/thumbnail-menu.jpg) into my app but am unsure whether to develop it in jquery or coded within the app itself? (Does anyone have a good tutorial that they are aware of for hand coding this element?) Does BT actually have this as a Menu item? (perhaps I have over looked it?) If I do have to develop it via jquery, I read elsewhere that you should place all HTML files into the BT_Docs folder so that it bundles with the app. Is this correct? Should all files be setup in sub folders or is a flat file structure ok to go with? An awesome product and certainly the best on the market. Well done in this regard. Thanks, Mark

@markkelly what you are seeking for already can be done with the bt all you have to do is set up your app to a tabbed layout. In case you develop the menu screen with jquery, and want to store the app data in the app itself you need to place all Html files in BT_Docs folder but there is other option where you can put those files in dropbox and create a link for them in your app. This way your app does not store the said files locally.

I would like to incorporate the following design (https://dl.dropbox.com/u/32638541/thumbnail-menu.jpg) into my app but am unsure whether to develop it in jquery or coded within the app itself? jQuery Mobile is your solution it you wish to go via HTML. (Does anyone have a good tutorial that they are aware of for hand coding this element?) jQuery Mobile will take care of this. Does BT actually have this as a Menu item? (perhaps I have over looked it?) Thumbnails ? Buzztouch_Mods has iOS plugin with icons) If I do have to develop it via jquery, I read elsewhere that you should place all HTML files into the BT_Docs folder so that it bundles with the app. Is this correct? Should all files be setup in sub folders or is a flat file structure ok to go with? Again jQuery Mobile For non-HTML Solution you'll use menu (simple) with child items. An awesome product and certainly the best on the market. Well done in this regard. Agree. Fred

Thanks Guys, Yes. Sandeep. I am aware of the tabbed layout. A great tool and I have used it to create the bottom tabs. Thanks Fred. Just found the Buzztouch Mods plugin and it is exactly what I am looking for! Well done guys and thanks for your support. Cheers, Mark
