Loading a Portion of a Page

Hi Everyone! This is my first post on the forum. I am attempting to make a mobile app for iPhones for my college radio station. It's going pretty good so far, and I have a lot of ideas that I think I'll be able to accomplish. One thing I want to do is load content (schedules, playlists, etc.) from my Navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. It loads the whole page right now, which kind of defeats the purpose. The links are more like bookmarks. I want to know if there is a way to load a portion of the page, say just a div tag, and have that be displayed instead of the whole page. Any help or hints would be great! Thanks! Jamie

Can you mirror the page, and modify the mirror? Fred

That would be a good idea Fred. I never thought of that. I envision this app as one that does not require daily maintenance. Does the mirror automatically reflect the original site? Would a mirror be able to display information that is updated regularly (i.e playlists updated every two hours)? Thanks! Jamie

Would a mirror be able to display information that is updated regularly (i.e playlists updated every two hours)? Yes I've never mirrored a site, but believe you can do so without access to the website. It that a RSS feed by another name? I suppose it be easy to setup if the Radio Station gives you access to their website. In that case it would just be another page of their website. Fred
