So your app is BTv1.5 (Android) and what screens are you using? Fred

It appears to think that you have a splash screen configured, but it can't find it for some reason. Did you have one then delete it? For what it's worth....splash screens on Android seem to be very problematic. Mark

Thanks Mark. The reference to my splash screen is there and the file is associated. I'm finding this extremely difficult, but determined to maintain patience. Chris

(This is a good example of why to post debug console info!) This is the section that concerns me: 06-08 21:59:22.942: W/ZZ(531): BT_activity_root:transitionToAppHomeScreen 06-08 21:59:22.942: W/ZZ(531): BT_activity_root:transitionToAppHomeScreen splash screen with itemId: 30D8C4F878E07AE9C56BD2C 06-08 21:59:22.942: W/ZZ(531): BT_application:getScreenDataByItemId 30D8C4F878E07AE9C56BD2C 06-08 21:59:22.962: W/ZZ(531): BT_application:getScreenDataByItemId could not find screen with itemId: 30D8C4F878E07AE9C56BD2C It says's it's beginning the transition back to the HomeScreen, and trying to get the screen data for the screen with ItemId 30D8C4F878E07AE9C56BD2C. However, it then says it can't find that screen for some reason. If I could look at your config file, I could track back all the screens and make sure BT actually thinks they're connected. Or...you could remove the Splash Screen and see if that fixes it. I have a better solution for the splash screen anyway..it involves replacing the Default*.png files, which show each time the app starts up. Mark

Default*.png files, which show each time the app starts up That's iOS, they're Android. Fred

Ack! My bad...not sure what I was thinking. But Android in general is even more reason to remove the splash screen. Seems like it presents nothing but problems. Mark

Actually, though that's true for BTv1.5, I haven't had the problem with BTv2.0. Fred
