code says a file is not there when it is there IOS 1.5

IOS 1.5 On my app I have a video and when I try to play it I get : BT_fileManager: File does not exist in Xcode bundle: HDRINTROSR.m4v However that's only testing it on my Iphone, when I tested it on the simulator it worked for a while, all of a sudden it doesnt work. I have been trying for hours to : - Erase the file and re import it on various names, it still says the file not there (making sure it fits with the buzztouch settings) - Erase the app from the simulator, from the iphone, restart my computer. - Do a clean and rebuilt - I have many other videos files and they all play well - I can even see the video in the video folder in xcode and play it from there, but it still says the file is not there. _ I made sure that the file name is correct, I have done over 10 apps approved by apple with buzztouch so I know my way around, but this bug drives me crazy ! This is a bug that I have had several time, for after a while it sorts of disappear. But this time it is not disappearing it ! Tks for the help guys Serge

Try converting the file to a .mov- might be a little more Apple-friendly. Apart from that, make sure you recompile the project to your iPhone after you have dragged the video into xCode- many people forget to do it, but it is necessary for new resources to be added to the bundle. // J

Hello Javoooo, Tks so much ! What did it was renaming in a .mov. Weird because I had 8 other videos as m4v file extension and not problem on them, but anyway it worked, that's all that matters. Very well thought. Serge
