I'm looking into creating an App for product equivalents. Here's how it would work. The user selects a Manufacturer from a list. Then selects the Product Category. From there, they select the Product. The output from these selections will show a list of equivalent products from each of the manufacturers, plus the selection itself. When the user clicks on the equivalent products, they download a pdf. Does anyone know if there is a plug in that can help with this or point me in the right direction? In the construction industry, there are products that are usually specified by engineers. The App would give customers the ability to find alternative products and download the specification sheets that they can then email to the engineer to get an alternative product specified.
