How do you install ad SDK to Eclipse on a new app?

Another dumb question which I searched for, but can't find or figure out. If you have a brand new Android app that you download the .zip file from buzztouch, unzip it and compile in Eclipse, how do you put in ad networks? I'm not really asking for specific steps on one or the other ad network, but all of them I've seen require you to first submit your app to the specific ad network, like Revmob, for example. But when you submit the app to Revmob, you have to include a link to the Google Play store. With a brand new app, you won't have a link until you submit the app and do all those steps. So, do you compile the app first, and submit it with no ads, just to get a Google Play URL, then add the SDK for the ad network, re-compile, and re-submit a revision? Is there another way to do this, or something I'm missing here?

if your talking about revmob, i think it has to be in the googleplay store already. Admob i remember adding it before it was in the app store. Leadbolt i believe is the same as admob.

You can pre-create your Google Play URL using the prefix + package name. The <package_name>is a placeholder for the target application's fully-qualified packagename, as declared in the package attribute of the <manifest> element. For example: http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.example.myapp
