Eclipse Build Target how to choose Google?

Hi, sorry for this inanely stupid question, but I'm trying to get my first app into eclipse and am getting a huge number of errors, almost all associated with maps (although I have no maps in my app?). Anyway, I assume the problem is because it's got Android not Google as the Build Target thingie (see how amazingly tech-savvy I am?). I tried following the instructions.pdf that came with my compiled app, but the step where it says to choose the Build Target as Google API not Android API is simply not there. That part of the window isn't present. Is there any other way I can set this? Thanks!

Hi Fred, Your guide just says the same thing "Use the Google API". Unfortunately, I don't have the part of the window where "Build Target" is and that can be selected! I have run the Hello World test app, so I thought everything was fine, but apparently not. Any further ideas? thanks!

Did you verify the install? Read installing Eclipse. Fred
