Posts: 48 Reg: May 28, 2012 Portland 3,030	confirm \| cancel 06/04/12 12:14 PM (13 years ago) Using iPhone camera in app I am trying to get the native camera app to open on the iPhone from 2.0 self hosted app. I can get it to open through Instagram using the command "Instagram://camera". Is there a way to call up the camera app that comes with the phone. I read it was supposed to redirect you to install the Instagram APP if they don't have it installed. That doesn't seem to be the case, i just get a popup saying 'can't open URL' I'd like to change that text to 'you need to install instagram on your phone'. Looking at the BT_screen_custumURL to see if i can chnage that. I'm looking into making a native plugin that launches and works with the camera instead. Trying to integrate Instagram and Aviary to work with MY plugin instead of trying to work with theirs. Gonna be a bit, but i've got some framework for it in place already....
