Menu Item Deleted From List Still Shows in App

How do I get rid of it? I am using the default Buzztouch Data URL. I tried deleting the applicable lines from the BT_config.txt file.. that didn't work... I tried deleting them from the Configuration Data screen on buzztouch, didn't expect that to work.. it didn't. So what am I doing wrong and how do I get rid of that menu item from my app? I worked on this problem for a couple of hours last night, to make sure that I didn't come on here and waste people's time with silly questions. So, I am not the sharpest tack in the box for sure, and here's the proof... I removed the menu item from the "Screens and Menus list", however, one of the items on that list was of the type "Menu - List" and I still had the menu item in that list.. not sure if that made sense, but once I removed the menu item from the "Menu - List" screen and no longer showed up in the app, which is what I was looking for.
