iTunes affiliate vs other affiliate networks

So - a) How are people finding the iTunes affiliate / linkshare Program? b) How does it compare to other affiliate Programs when using bt apps? c) Do the affiliate links work from custom url screens? d) Has anyone managed to use amazon affiliate links successfully in bt applications? Cheers, Steve

I've used amazon widgets and epn (ebay) feeds. I've dumped Amazon, earnings zero. Epn isn't great, but it trickles some money in so it's worth keeping for now. Btw, just Android, not iOS.

I use Linkshare exclusively with my iOS apps, and it works great. You can see how I use them by visiting: http://www.applistmaker.com That's a tool I developed to quickly generate the html file necessary to make a nice looking (iTunes-ish) app list. My free apps that have those screens in them make more than my paid apps, lol. I am also in the process of writing a complete guide on this subject. You can read part 1 here: http://idevdepot.com/?p=592 Hope that helps

Thanks Raveyd - shame to hear Amazon not performing so well, but guess they would perform better for an app installed from the Amazon app store. Interesting article/chapter, Stobe - bookmarked for later reference.
