How to host a podcast on my app (through an rss feed)?

Hi, [Andriod, Podcast, RSS, Third-pary app] Been testing out various options today, and I can not seem to find a solution. What I want to do is to create an app for a friend of mine who has a podcast show (levevei.no) - where he/we could add relevant content, including his podcasts. My initial thought was to use a rss feed, and allow people to steam (or download) the episodes that way. Now, I am able to show an rss feed (by using rssinclude), but when I open one of the posts (wordpress), the apps just hangs... So, my second thought was to make the app open up a third party app (as Listen) - and let the users subscribe to the podcast show through that app...(currently doing that my self, manually). However, I am not able to figure out how to do that... Any help? The first option would be preferred, but I will be happy also with the second option. My coding skills are limited - but I am able to cut and past and make minor changes in the code...
