Problem Saving downloaded Xcode file

After I downloaded the zip file (installed correctly) from buzz touch, it does not give me an option to save the Xcode project as an Xcode project. I saved as a workspace temporarily, but I realized it needs to be saved as a project to upload to apple. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi, Just save the zip file, unzip it, and you'll find the Xcode project file inside the folder. Double-click it, Xcode will open with your project files loaded. Then normal work from there! Mark

Thanks. I am doing exactly as you describe above, however, it doesn't give me a file option to save. . I notice that it auto saves, but could the problem be I saved as a workspace and didn't just leave it alone? I think this is what i've done that has caused my issues.

So, when you try and download it with your browser, it doesn't give you the option to Save as a file?

Melliadis, To upload the project to App Store you need to do the below: 1- You need developer account. 2- You need to create distribution certificate for the application. 3- Assign the distribution certificate to the App in Xcode. 4- From the the menu bar of Xcode. Click on Product then Archive. 5- You will have zip file ready to to upload to App Store. 6- Use Application uploader and follow the steps. Thanks, Nasser

Dang, I must have misunderstood this thread! Here's a link to a document on how to submit to iTunes: http://www.buzztouch.com/resources/Submitting_Your_App_To_iTunes_Connect_v1.0.pdf Mark
