Editing Buzztouch code in Eclipse

I am quite new to Android Development (well, development in general I guess) but I feel like I am picking things up rather quickly. My current frustration right now is making changes to items that I have generated via Buzztouch. For example, I created the general format, theme, and screens that I wanted for my application using Buzztouch with the idea that I would build off it once opened on Eclipse. I have successfully opened everything on Eclipse and I am able to run it on my device via ADB however I am having a great deal of trouble making any sense out of where everything is on my res folder. There seems to be too many xml files for what I wanted and I can't seem to find where my screens are that I want to edit. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Every screen/action that it's currently possible to make with bt is in the project, whether you use them or not. To view the screens your working with, if for example you have a custom url screen, look for the customURL.xml file and the corresponding java file in the src folder. The xml is the layout and the java file tells the layout what to show. That's simplistic, but I hope it makes some sense.

For an understanding of what's there, why it's there, what it does, whether you need to worry about it and can you modify it, read the, Source Code (Android), article in my guide: MySkylla's Guide to Buzztouch www.MySkylla.com Fred

I am pretty sure I am able to find the xml files that would correspond with the screens that I would want to edit. However, I do not find any of the text on the menu screens that I would want to edit, etc. I think what might help me in this case would be a guide on the code compiled for the various plugins. Is this available anywhere?

Is this something that I would find on eclipse?

No, but you can use Eclipse to view the file. Nothing is stored in Eclipse. Small but important point. read the, Source Code (Android), article in my guide: Fred

Sorry, that is what I meant actually, if you could view the file on eclipse or if it were a file found elsewhere... I am reading your guide now as we speak. It would be great if you had some screen shots or something on there.

Actually would prefer you didn't post that link, because I'm moving the file soon and then the link won't work and I'll get messages saying the link doesn't work , but since you posted it I can't fix it. Fred
