Android Top Right Button Screens Not Working

Trying to add a PDF doc to a screen as an info screen top right of my page, but I cannot get the PDF to show, even the sample PDF doesn't work. Is there an issue with adding a top right button on a screen with Android as no top right button works and keeps opening up my text messaging. Confused, Android version in Buzztouch appears to be all over the place. Again any suggestions.

You're BTv1.5 (Android) correct? Fred

Am I wasting my time using BT1.5? I use it because it has the features I want , plus I tried using BT2.0 but I couldn't get videos to stream to the application. Total nightmare, I was always under the impression that iOS was going to be difficult to work with but it turns out that Android is much harder. Even the custom URL's for Android don't work as they should, image sizes are different and don't display as they should, the PDF documents don't work either. Pulling my hair out, well what's left of it. Question, is it better for me to host my files on a server and link to it as adding images and documents within the application isn't working for me and my knowledge of HTML/CSS is much better and maybe linking out is a better solution for me. STUCK!

Lots can be done with BTv1.5 (Android), much more can be done with BTv2.0. Yes, you're probably wasting time with BTv1.5 or at the very least learn what works and doesn't work in BTv1.5. See my article, Buzztouch Screens for details. www.MySkylla.com I stream video with BTv2.0, no problem. Yes, sometimes hosting files is appropriate, just learn when it's appropriate. With BTv1.5 it's almost always appropriate (unless you understand HTML, then many more options are appropriate). How good are you with HTML? Fred

Hi Fred point taken, I guess its because this is the first time I've tried to build an Android app having gone through some pain with iOS version, although there were pretty much no issues with the iOs builds I have done using Buzztouch. My HTML skills are OK, however I do have the privileged having my colleague who is exceptional HTML/CSS developer. Anyway thanks for your feedback Fred, it appears you are the only one on the Buzztouch forum today.

If you and your colleague are available I have some fantastic developments in the works. All HTML skills are desperately needed and appreciated. I think with Buzztouch & HTML5 we can rock the mobile app world. Fred
