It doesn't download the document file. In BTv2.0 you're downloading the file when using the four doc screens (Word, PDF, PPT, Excel). So, to accomplish same in BTv2.0 or BTv1.5 you must do same. Host the doc online. (Perhaps your website or Dropbox.) Link using Custom URL. Let me know how it works out. Fred Comments In BTv1.4 the doc is hosted online. It only loads the doc to the cache.
