Ad Solution that serves custom ads

Does anyone know of an solution that allows for custom ads to be integrated, such that if you wanted to have a few sponsors you could integrate just those ads in? This would be in contrast to a service that supplies a paid backfill solution. Thanks for any help one might be able to provide.

You could use something like adwhirl and just select in-house ads, then add your own banners.

What platform are you using? If android, you could also hardcode the banners into the xml files where you want them to appear. Would require some jigging around of the layouts though. I assume you could do something similar in xcode.

Yeah, you'll have the tracking with adwhirl. Good luck with what you're doing! Is dfp the google small business thing?

I think they do have a small business solutions product. http://www.google.com/dfp/info/sb/index.html Company I work for uses them as their doubleclick product as their ad delivery solution... doubleclick is in the top level of high end ad serving and is developed by google.. From what I am told it costs quite a bit to use. http://www.google.com/doubleclick/publishers/dart.html Could be all the same.. I have no idea. Just know its fairly robust and what we use.. Just not alot of information on how to use it since its not a super public platform. Reason i am asking all of this: I am testing the waters in developing an app for use in my real job. :p In my current role I don't have hands on access to the adserver end of things. Thus I am taking in account all things I might have available to me depending on how far we get along in the process.
