Quiz plugin available if not self hosting?

I am wanting to create a quiz app and am hosting through buzztouch. Where can I find a plugin to make a quiz or do I have to be self hosting? Thanks

@Nats You could have a look at the Quiz Creator by Stobe as well, slick work. You can see the thread here: http://www.buzztouch.com/forum/thread.php?tid=9BFE59024F18B4AF76665C2&command=isSearching&currentPage=1&topicTitle=quiz&createdBy=stobe&repliedBy=&minViews=-1&maxViews=-1&minReplies=-1&maxReplies=-1&forumCategory= and his video walkthrough here: http://idevdepot.com/?p=560 It really is a slick piece of work and will work on Android and iOS I believe.
