Audio streams but doesn't play. It works fine in the Xcode iPhone simulator but once deployed to device and you attempt to play audio it freezes the entire iPhone. Any fix? Maybe try killing everything on your test device (force closing all apps from the multitask bar) and doing another clean and build. There might be some other app loaded on your phone that isn't releasing audio control to your app? Why do you think Apple puts a cap on the size of app they are willing to deliver over cellular? I have also downloaded Elevation Church's app and they allow you listen to a streamed message or option to download? And when I download and check the bit rate its 128.
