Could be all sorts of things. Common causes are... a) Your server is not allowing cURL requests from the domain name in your apache config file. This can get technical...hard to diagnose sometimes...but...using "localhost" during your cURL tests is a good way to track this down. b) There is a problem with the GD library functions on the server. These are the image processing routines. Some machines do not have GD libraries running. I would start the debugging by using your browsers address bar and the URL associated with the "package app" request. Try to follow this... 1) user visits "Download source code" screen and clicks the package project option. This is: BT-server/bt_v15/bt_app/bt_appDownload.php?appGuid=[app unique id here] 2) a behind the scenes request is made to package the project (AJAX Call). The file that does this is: BT-server/bt_v15/bt_app/bt_appDownload_AJAX.php?appGuid=[app unique id here]&whatPlatform=[ios or android] 3) results are delivered to the bt_appDownload.php page to show user the download link. So, this means you'll want to test and debug by entering the URL to the AJAX file in your address bar so you can see the results with your eyes. Much easier that way! BT-server/bt_v15/bt_app/bt_appDownload_AJAX.php?appGuid=[app unique id here]&whatPlatform=[ios or android] Enter a valid app id (it's in the address bar when working on an app) then see what you get. I suspect you'll see the error message or info returned or whatever. At this point you can start digging into bt_appDownload_AJAX.php to see what isn't working on your install?

David, I have tried above steps and i believe the problem is with the PHP error i have in my hosting. It seems it won't work at all somehow. Thanks for providing the steps though.
