If you deleted your Home Screen Menu in your control panel, you'll have to recreate it. Any screens deleted in the control panel are gone forever. At the moment, there is no way to delete an existing app...you just need to repurpose it. You can rename it whatever you want, delete the current screens, and start from scratch.
