Then expand the navigation bar/status bar section for that page. You will see options for right button type and right button load screen. Your right button type must be set to "info" (hence the "i"). All you need to do now is make a new screen (text, html, etc) for your disclaimer then choose it in the right button load screen. Make sense? In the Control Panel you'll find Change the app's "info" screen where you can enter the info you wish. for BTv1.5 and BTv2.0 you can add a right Nav Bar button and link to any Screen or Action you wish.
