In the PDF Screen (Plugin), you can configure it to reference either a local file, or a URL. If you will be changing the file once a month, I'd go that route. But, make sure in Advanced Properties for that screen, under Document Behaviour, that you choose Force Refresh, so that each time the user open that screen, it will refresh the doc.
