Error parsing JSON results

Hello BT folks, I have a self-hosted control panel and have successfully registered it with BT. I checked under Data Access and there are just a few times it has accessed. That seems to indicate that the link from my server to BT is successful. When I try to package the source code, I get this error. Something Went Wrong. There was a problem parsing the JSON result? Any idea what can be causing that? I searched the forum and found only a couple references to this, one that seemed to be solved by a reinstall. I've done that to no avail. Any help? Thanks.. Chris

Hi Chris. Probably you can fix this issue, if you use a .jpg file as your icon, instead of .png. That was the solution for me. Have a nice day. -Alfie-

Hi Alfie, Thanks so much for your help. Unfortunately this didn't fix my issue. I have tried to download the source code of several different apps and get the same error each time. Chris

Hi, I had this error. What I did was change the folder permissions on my FTP Server for the "files" folder and it was compiling the ZIP fine. I use filezilla on my mac and if you right-click (ctrl-click) and click folder permissions, tick all boxes. If this works, please press the thumbs up on the left of this comment. Thanks.

I had this error for a while and tried to ignore it until after i finished my app. Oops, a PHP error was trapped. File: Unknown Line: 0 Message: Comments starting with '#' are deprecated in /usr/local/lib/php.ini on line 115 Then when i tried to download the source code, i got this error: Something Went Wrong. There was a problem parsing the JSON result? Please help.
