Often warnings are just that, and they don't impact anything. When I see something like "multiple build commands," it signals to me that perhaps a previous process did not die the way it was supposed to. That suggests maybe a restart of Xcode or perhaps a reboot? Also...what's your target iOS? I generally use iOS3, which produces it's own set of warnings, but give me the largest install base. Go to the "target" you're building, look at "Copy Bundle Resources". You should find the offending files in that list twice. Delete the duplicates, should clear it up in Xcode.
