Cannot update my app

So when BT changed their website, maybe even before, the name of my app was changed from "com.v1_4.B7531EEB6C1766EB136B74F3.com" to "com.v1_4.leffmobile.com" and when I noticed this I thought nothing of it. Now Android won't let me upload an updated version of my app? Help!

Hmmm.. The "name of your app" and the "package name" are two different things. In this case, we're talking about the package name. Saying this so we're on the same page. I do see how this could cause some confusion / trouble when updating. The idea is that the package names are easier to understand now. The long string of characters in the old package name are your app's unique Id in our backend systems. If you need to update your Android project, you will need to continue to use the original package name. You could... a) Update the Project Name setting in the apps advanced settings. Set the project name to your app's unique Id. B7531EEB6C1766EB136B74F3 in this case. b) Re-download the project. This should produce a project with the same package name you were using before. This isn't something we considered before making the changes and do understand that it's not ideal for those working with "older projects." a. and b. should fix ya'
