Looped Splash Screens

Hi all :) Would it be possible to loop a series of splash screens that the reader can "tap-through"? I want the loop to include around 5-6 splash screens and then finally land back on the original page before the loop started. Thanks.

Hi Durry, I'm not sure if your splash screen idea is possible. Have you considered using a gallery, however, and allowing the user to swipe through the images? // J

Hey javoooo, thanks for the response mate. I hadn't thought of that actually. I'm still only just getting the hang of BT, so to be very honest I have very little clue on how to do that. By the way, I like the idea for a resource/help site for BT. Would make BT that much better for non-coding users. I'm keen to help in any way I can. I'll PM you to confirm. Durry

Hi Durry, Glad to help. Galleries are really easy to use, I'd really recommend going down that path. And yep, got that PM and I'd love to work with you. Regards, //J

While on the question of splash screen, i am wondering - i see that the BT control panel doesnt show me how to specify the screen to load after the splash screen has exited. How do i tell it which screen should follow? I am using Android on BT 2.0, and have (rightly or wrongly) chosen the splash screen as "Home Screen Menu" Could this be where i got it wrong? Ideas needed please Cheers

I have an idea it has to do with splash screens being only usable once - at the beginning of your app. And only then, it seems. In which case, it loads first. I doubt it can be used at any other time(s). I suspect it is used to keep the app user feeling good about twiddling their thumbs waiting for the app itself to load:) Not a bad idea though
