Menu Buttons Cut In Half

I have added a few post already on this topic but it appears there isn't a solution. No matter how many times I create a new project when I select menu buttons screen, all the buttons are cut in half. At the moment I cannot publish any apps as it looks terrible. Is anyone having the same issue, I have tried a number of ways to create my project but it keeps happening; I am convinced there is a bug of some sort that is causing this, whether its a padding issue on the buttons or something else, its driving me mental, today alone I have spent about 5 hours trying different ways to add my buttons, trying different layouts but the problem appears to be related to the Horizontal Layout only. Please someone help me, I have run out of ideas to resolve.

Hi Guys I have managed to work out the issue. Basically it happens when you select 'Transparency' for the navigation bar and for some reason it makes the buttons cut in half. As soon I had switched the navigation bar back to solid the buttons returns to a full button. I think it's a glitch with buzztouch unless it's suppose to be like that. Anyway thanks guys for offering your help.

ah.. yes, when you select a transparent navbar, I believe it subtracts some pixels from the starting point, which may have made your buttons shift up too far?
