Swipe Gesture for menus

Hi, was wondering if its possible to have a swipe gesture in menus. I mean, I have a menu with 7 buttons, at this time I can open one, and on the top navigation bar I can select next and it opens the next button. All buttons lead to costume html pages. Is it possible using a swipe gesture instead of pressing the next button? Thanks
