Appoxee can't customize for me because of BuzzTouch (iOS)

I need the Appoxee envelope icon in the right of my bottom tab, and when there are unread Appoxee messages, I need a badge on that icon to show the number of unread messages. I paid Appoxee to customize my app to do this, but they said they can't because it's BuzzTouch, and things are different. It has to be possible......does anyone on BT know how it could be done? Appoxee refunded my $150, so it's sitting here if anyone can get it working ;-) thanks!! Here's the app - you can see the home page in the previews, I want to replace the 'specials' tab with 'messages' and the envelope icon, and (if this is possible) a white badge with red numbers when there are unread messages. http://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/dutyfree/id482152137?mt=8

Do you want the red numbers to show exactly how many messages there are or just a notification that are messages?

Replacing the specials Tab with an envelope icon and message wording is easy, just have to Tab layout. Now having a white badge with red numbers would require some coding. I would imagine 5 or 10 additional icons. You have 1 message, you have 2 messages, . . ., you have 10+ messages In the Config file you would use else if to select appropriate icon. Alternative solution use JavaScript to create the referenced icon that's called by the Config file. Fred
